Meadowlark Christian School case study

Meadowlark Christian School (MCS)
Developed and implemented fundraisers to meet budget short fall. Collaborated with the Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB), MCS Advisory Council and MCS parents to discuss and implement MCS as an Alternative Program of Edmonton Public Schools (EPS)

  1. Developed all marketing and communication materials regarding the budget shortfall and fundraisers.
  2. Oversaw and managed all aspects of fundraising.
  3. Facilitated discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders - EPSB, MCS Advisory Council and MCS families - in pursuing an agreement with EPSB to add MCS as an Alternative Program.
  4. Developed all communication materials relating to the transition of MCS from a private school to an Alternative Program with EPS.
  5. Created all written communications and oral presentations.
